About Those Orange RSS (XML) Buttons

NOTE:  Our RSS feed is now functional !

The orange buttons link to a file, called an RSS file. This RSS file is a computer readable description of the human readable Webpage you are reading.  Applications (called news readers) can use these files to notify you when new content is available on this Webpage.

The Raging Bull Tailgaters website offers alerts to notify RSS subscribers when new content has been added to this website.  These alerts are transmitted via Really Simple Syndication (“RSS”).  RSS is an XML-based format for easily sharing news headlines and summaries for use in your favorite news readers. The feed will include links back to the website and the respective page(s), and updates automatically.

To use RSS, you will need a special RSS news reader or "aggregator" that will allow you to collect and display the RSS content.  There are many different news readers available, many for free.

One reader we like in particular is "SharpReader", available for free download and use at  http://www.sharpreader.net/  It resembles a web browser, and is easy to install and use.  Alternately, you may wish to search for more choices.

Once your reader is open, copy and paste our
RSS URL below into the news reader:
